Shri Manharlal Chunilal Shah (fondly known as Manubhai) is an Industrialist. In 1952 he joined The Ruby Mills Ltd., a composite Textile Mill established in 1917 and is presently the Chairman of the Company. He believes that a meaningful education empowers an individual to develop and contribute to the society.
Dr. Ashok V. Mehta
Vice Chairman
Dr. Ashok Mehta is an educationist, Chairman of Seva Mandal Education Society. Former Member of Senate of the Mumbai University and is presently the Member of Senate, SNDT Women’s University.
Dr. Bharat M. Pathak

Shri Bharat M Pathak is chartered accountant by profession and associated with Seva Mandal Education Society and is the Member of the Senate, SNDT Women’s University.

Shri Purav Shah is the President Managing Director of Ruby Mills. He is young in age and dynamic in action with keen interest to promote higher education.

Shri Arvind Desai is an industrialist, social worker and is associated with cultural activities. He is the Trustee of P.C. Desai & Sons Charitable Trust – a family Trust for educational & medical help to the needy people. He is also the President in Kamdar Nemchand Harakhchand Edu. Trust, Junagadh.

Shri Bharat Shah is an industrialist owning a textile mill. Besides business, he has keen interest in the social and cultural activities.

Shri Yogen Lathia besides running successfully rubber industry, has other business interests. He is a member of many cultural and educational organisations. He is the Technical Director of Lathia Rubber Mfg. Co. Pvt. Ltd. He has a wide experience of 34 years in industry. He is the Managing Committee Member of Indian Merchants’ Chamber. He was also the President of All India Industries Association and Bombay Industries Association.
